The more complete the request, the more precise the quotation. Where possible, include:
- Product family and grade, or the standard it must meet
- Dimensions — thickness, width, length, coil inside diameter or weight
- Quantity, destination port or city and the timing you need
- Drawings, specification sheets or a previous order as attachments
02Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimum quantities depend on the product, specification and availability. Tell us the quantity you need and we will confirm in our reply whether it can be supplied as requested.
03Which Incoterms do you quote?
You can state a preference in the form. The delivery terms we can offer for your shipment are stated clearly in each quotation.
04Which documents come with an order?
Export documentation is prepared with each order. If you need product-specific documents — for example test certificates, datasheets or inspection reports — list them in your request; availability depends on the product and its manufacturer and is confirmed in the quotation.
05Can you quote a custom specification or a grade that isn't listed?
Send it to us. Describe the specification or attach a drawing, and we will review whether it can be supplied and come back to you with any questions before quoting.
